About the Center
The mission of the Center for Environmental Economics and Sustainability Policy (CEESP) is to develop research in environmental and resource economics that is relevant to policy needs. Special attention is given to issues of sustainability in the context of environmental, energy, climate, and resource management. CEESP organizes faculty, post-doctoral fellows, graduate and undergraduate students in its research activities. The Center's faculty and research fellows work with the Central Arizona Project Long Term Ecological Research Site, the Decision Center for a Desert City and other inter-disciplinary research programs at ASU. Our research is supported by grants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Homeland Security as well as other government agencies and non-profit foundations.
